Something similar happened to us when we ordered for a shoe rack from hometown in kolkata.I guess either hometown doesnt take educated staff or does not pay them well for them to be interested inservicing customers. Im sure hometown will lose many potential customers just because of their horrible customer service. Hometown either needs to buck up n train its staff orcontinue losing customers.
